Today has been a very long day! We have been to dozens of furniture stores trying to find furniture for our new home. (it should be ready in about 2 weeks! Yeah! ) We did finally make some decisions and got most of it ordered today. We still have a few things left to buy, we didn't decide on an occasional or coffee tables yet. But we did get the main things. Like the sofa and love seat for den, sofa, chair and ottoman for the living room, Table and chairs for the dining room, and our bedroom suite for the master bedroom. Also found this cutest little mini sofa! It is labeled as a pet bed, but I think it is perfect for my babies! *S*

Friday one of my online friends, Mark, had a yard sale, he lives in Iuka Mississippi. Dixie and I left home at 3A.M. and drove over to it! We actually got there about 5:45 and thought it was a little bit to early so we stopped at the park for a bit. It was barely starting to get light and my pictures didn't turn out very good. There is a very nice park there with a covered bridge. Dixie had to play on the slides! lol! Enjoyed meeting Mark and as always, had a great day out with my daughter.

Finally! I finished the Auburn afghan for Hon! I thought I never would! lol! Of course doing all of it in sc was long and boring!

It's getting closer and closer to when we will have a new home! Today they cleared the land.

Vanessa always has great interviews with some wonderful crafters that I wouldn't know about other wise. Then she has a give a way from the crafter. If you haven't checked out her blog you really should! You don't know what you are missing!

If "ifs and buts" were "candy and nuts" we would all have a Merry Christmas! *S* At least this is the saying I have always heard! But "if" I get my wishes on this issue then this will be our new home as soon as we get our settlement check so we can have the place cleared and get ready for a new home! We have looked at so many and Hon wants to look at more, but this is IT for me!
