Just playing with the camera this wet morning! *S*

Did a little more decorating today.

Just some random photos taken today (12/05/09) Some of the first snowfall, some of mama dog, and a couple of Christmas decorations.

Another little dress I crocheted for Little Toes donations. As I finished this I was thinking of when my girls were born. Danyelle and Kristy were both preemies and very small. Dixie was full term and she only weighed in at 6lb 7oz. Still small. I remember dressing them in clothes that just swallowed them whole! I did find a couple of doll dresses that fit them. But how I would have loved to have a nice dress that was just their tiny size. Then after I finished Danyelle stopped by and said she that it would not fit a "real" baby. I really thought it was funny as it would have still been a bit big on her when she was born! *S*

Danyelle gave this little doll to me this morning, she is just adorable! I think that maybe the lamp part was a parasol so will try to find one at either HL or WM. This little one Dixie and I found at a yard sale for 2 dollars, yep! TWO DOLLARS! I know, I couldn't believe it either! lol. Has never been opened or taken out of the box!

Christmas stocking crocheted to donate to Little Toes.

I kind of went a little crazy this past couple of days! lol! I "adopted" five more "kids!" Friday I went with my daughters to a thrift store and say this little girl with the curls laying down in pink for only 8$! Of course I brought her home with me!

But Saturday, now that is a different story! LOL! The guys were watching football and Dixie and I got bored, I asked her to carry me to the local doll shop with the intentions of "maybe" buying one doll! But they had such a great sale, buy one get another at half price, that I ended up with four new ones! (now those we wont talk about price! Just say I can't do that often!)

Finally found a frame I wanted for one wall, it holds 30 4X6 photos. Had lots of fun making copies of photos that my sis had and a few that I had on webshots. Also finally got this one photo framed. Wow! I sure did wind up investing more than I bargained for on this! (it measures 24X32) But of all the work I have done this is my favorite shot! It is Dixie's daughter, Kadeejah.

My girls, Dixie, Danyelle, and Kristy gave me a house warming party this past Sat. (9/12/09) wasn't that sweet of them? We had such a good time but this one picture of the cake was all that was taken. Lots of great friends showed up and friendship is always a blessing!

FINALLY! After lots of head aches, frustrations, and snags, we got moved into our new home and have most of t he work done! We still have some left to do but I decided to take a break this afternoon and take some pictures of what we have so far. I hope you let me know what you think!
